Our student apartments are very well maintained with great locations on High Street. 

RENTAL INFORMATION 

• Apartments will be rented on a first come basis. No apartments will be held. An appointment must be made to come in and sign a lease. All occupants must be present at that time and all security deposits ($500.00 per person) must be paid and all guarantee forms submitted before the lease is signed. Click here for forms

• Please review the lease with your parents/guardians before signing because you will need to have a parent/guardian guarantee the performance and compliance of said lease agreement. This is a legally binding document and you will be held to it.
